Zosia's Delightfully Silly Slambook Entry!
Boundaries, Bone Marrow, and What’s at the Bottom of the Ocean?
"Pretty Silly Slambook” - a profile series where we ask our favourite artists, scientists, musicians, and more. It's a bit of a cultural time capsule project.
The idea is to move away from the usual Spotify playlists and Netflix recommendations, and instead, let everyday people like us share their favourite discoveries without any fancy algorithms or influencer stuff.
Meet Zosia – a culinary artist, designer, and storyteller!
Zosia curates immersive dining experiences that beautifully blend food, art, and storytelling. After leaving a successful career in corporate design and marketing, she pursued her passion for the culinary arts by training at Le Cordon Bleu, where she graduated in 2024 with an Award in Culinary Excellence.
However, traditional commercial kitchens proved too restrictive for Zosia's creative vision. Now, she crafts unique, multi-sensory dining events, where guests are taken on a journey through artfully presented courses in dynamic settings. Drawing inspiration from her Polish heritage and European upbringing, Zosia creates experiences that celebrate the intersection of culinary and visual arts.
Hosting regular Supper Clubs and offering private dining, catering, and consultancy, Zosia brings her artistic culinary flair to Brisbane, Sydney, and beyond – leaving a lasting impression on every guest she serves.
